Getting To Port Aventura From Salou By Car And BusSalou is a popular holiday resort town on the coast of Spain. The coast is called the Costa Daurada. Salou is approximately 1.5 hours drive south of Barcelona. Salou has many amenities including restaurants, bars, hotels, banks and shops. It also has a port and a sandy beach. How To Drive To Port Aventura From SalouLeaving from Salou centre take the C-31B for just under a kilometre. Then take the C-14 in the direction of Reus, Tarragona, Valencia and A7. Follow this road for a kilometre. After this you’ll reach the outskirts of Vila-Seca. Here take the N-340A in the direction of the A7 and Tarragona for approximately 1.5 kilometres. Don’t head into Vila-Seca! You don’t need to take the A7 motorway, but if you do by mistake, the exit for Port Aventura is clearly marked. Otherwise follow the N-340A straight to Port Aventura. It is about 2 kilometres. When you arrive at Port Aventura you will have to pay to park your car. The fee is 6 euros for the day and you pay the attendant at the entrance. There are 2 car parks. One is called Seat Toledo and the other Seat Ibiza. The car parks are enormous so I recommend you write down the number of your parking space to help you find your car again. Taking The Bus To Port Aventura From SalouYou can catch a bus that is run by the company Autocars Plana. The bus stops at various places in Salou including Carrer Barcelona, Avdg. Jaume 1 and Placa Europa. The journey takes about 30 minutes. There’s at least 1 bus every hour starting at 9:10 and running from Salou until 19:10. Timetables are subject to change so always consult the bus company for up to date information. Autocars Plana Driving to Port Aventura from Salou can be done in about 20 minutes as they are very close to each other.
