The Hotel Park Salou is also known as the Salou Park Hotel. It’s to the west of the main Llevant beach in Salou and it has lovely sea views. There’s a small beach directly opposite the hotel and a complex of bars and eateries just across the road.

The Pool At The Hotel Park Salou

The pool area has lots of sun loungers around it, and although they are a bit squashed together, they are at least comfortable and you can recline on them.

There’s a restaurant, piano bar, a bar by the swimming pool, children’s swimming pool, children’s play area, parking underneath the hotel and nightly entertainment.

Facilities For the Disabled

The Hotel Park Salou has rooms that have been specially adapted for disabled use and wheelchair entry.

Rooms

There are a few hundred rooms at the hotel Park Salou. Each room has a telephone, air-conditioning, heating, satellite TV, safe and en-suite bathroom with hairdryer.
Many of the rooms have views over the pool to the sea. The rooms at the rear of the hotel look out onto another building. You can also rent a fridge.

Hotel Location And Facilities

The Beach Of Capellans In Front Of The Hotel Salou Park

There are sea views from this hotel and you can access the beach from the steps opposite. Right outside is also a bus to Tarragona, Barcelona and Reus. Opposite is a complex with a few bars and restaurants that serve English style food. There’s a handy shop selling stuff for the beach like lilos right over the road too.

To get to the Port Aventura theme park it is a 10 minute drive. This is the same for the water park next to Port Aventura that is called Caribe Aquatic park.

There are 4 golf courses within 30 minutes drive.

The long and sandy Llevant beach is 10 minutes walk down the road. About the same distance away you’ll also see the main commercial centre where all the shops, bars and restaurants are concentrated.

How To Travel From The Airport To The Hotel

Via Taxi: A taxi from the airport should take about 30 minutes and cost around 25 euros.

Via bus: There’s a bus that leaves from outside the arrivals lounge and travels to Salou via La Pineda. The bus does a round trip back to the airport again. A single ticket is 5.50 euros. The journey should take about 35 - 40 minutes.

Via train: The train station in Salou is a 10 minute taxi drive from the Hotel Salou Park. There are no trains from the nearest airport of Reus, but the station is served by trains from Tarragona and Barcelona.

In A Nutshell

The Hotel Park Salou is a good standard hotel in a zone of Salou that is outside of the most hectic and noisy part, but still close enough for you to be able to walk into the centre if you wish. A great perk is the beach directly opposite that you can get to in under 5 minutes.
