Review: Hotel Molinos Park Salou
The Hotel Molinos Park Salou is a really good place to stay if you want
to sleep outside of the bustling ‘nightlife’ zone of Salou.
The hotel is in the area known as Cap Salou. This is a wooded zone to the
east of the main resort of Salou. It is a tranquil area with lots of pine
trees and a craggy coastline indented with small coves and beaches. The
whole area is on a slope.

Hotel Facilities
The swimming pool is quite large and has a paved terrace surrounding it
that is good for sunbathing. Access to the pool is downstairs from reception.
There’s also a small children’s pool and a children’s
playground.
The hotel has a bar, with a spacious seating area and a pool table. During
my visit the music was very load but the children and teenagers seemed
to be enjoying it. There’s a restaurant that offers international
cuisine and a lounge and TV room for relaxing.
When I visited it was very windy on Cap Salou, but the area around the
pool was sheltered.
There are arcade games too.
Rooms
The hotel holds up to 600 guests and the rooms each have an en-suite bathroom
with hairdryer, safe, TV, telephone and balcony. They are decorated in
traditional Mediterranean style and the best feature is the large patio
doors that lead out to the balcony.
